Even Valve sees it. Earlier today, a Reddit thread was posted with a link to a photobook sent to Valve. Why send a photobook to Valve? Well, it had a ton of pictures of a couple who met through Team Fortress 2—these pictures included some of their cosplays over the years, and even commemorative tattoos (!).
